LPP is managed by a board of representatives from each of the partner NHS Trusts. This board is named the LPP Steering Group. It consists of a senior operational and clinical manager from each trust as well as a chair for LPP community services and a chair for LPP prison services.
Phil is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist and joint chair of LPP, overseeing our community services, including OPD, WMHTR and Y2A. He works as an Associate Director for Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and is Head of the Forensic Personality Disorder Psychology Department at East London NHS Foundation Trust. He has worked for LPP since it started in 2012 and has been joint chair since 2020.
