Gabbie – Custodial Manager of HMP Aylesbury Pathways service wins Prison Officer of the Year award
The team have had further cause to celebrate as their Custodial Manager and Operational Lead, Gabbie D’Almeida was nominated for the HMPPS staff awards in the category of Respect, Decency, Fairness and Professionalism. Deservedly, she won this award and then also went on to win Prison Officer of the year. There are approximately 60,000 members of prison staff so this was a huge achievement and very well deserved. Gabbie is an influential prison officer and team leader who is well respected by staff and service users alike.
